Can you help if our practice website is offline?
Yes. Send us your practice name and previous website address. We can use available archived pages to prepare a replacement and a preview for your team. What we can recover depends on the archive; you will need to check the information and supply anything missing or out of date.
Can we keep our existing website address?
Yes, if you have access to manage the domain. We provide guidance on the changes needed to connect it. If domain access is still being resolved, we can discuss using a Medelic website address.
Who can update our website?
Practice owners and administrators can edit website content in the Medelic app, including hours, alerts, services, team profiles, news and pages. You can also email us the changes and we'll make them for free. Draft sites and unpublished items stay private until published.
How do online requests and registration work?
Patients follow links from your practice website to the Medelic patient site for online requests and registration. We will check these links and explain how your team handles requests before launch.
Does rebuilding the website recover our old patient submissions?
No. Archived public pages can help us rebuild practice information, but they do not recover patient submissions or clinical records from your previous provider. We will discuss website content and the setup of patient services separately.
