Founder's Associate

About the Role

Medelic is building a digital front door and AI-assisted triage product for NHS GP practices. As Founder's Associate, you'll work directly alongside the founders on the decisions and practical work involved in building the company.

This is an early hire with broad exposure to strategy, operations, sales and customer work. You'll have autonomy to take ownership of projects, work through uncertainty and see them through. The role will grow as the company grows, with a path to leading a function.

What You'll Do

• Research opportunities and help turn strategy into plans
• Take ownership of operational projects and improve how we work
• Support sales outreach, preparation and follow-up
• Work with GP practices and bring their feedback to the team
• Help prepare materials and research for fundraising
• Lead special projects as the company's priorities change

What We're Looking For

• Clear, honest communication, written and spoken
• Curiosity about primary care and how GP practices work
• Good judgement and a willingness to ask questions
• Ability to organise your work and follow through
• Comfort working across different tasks as priorities change
• Initiative to identify problems and work towards solutions

Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup or a role spanning several functions
• Familiarity with the NHS, primary care or healthcare technology
• Experience in operations, sales, research or customer work
